Our team of highly qualified, supportive and friendly therapists will conduct an initial assessment with you to evaluate your current abilities and identify areas requiring support. We will then work with you to discuss your goals and create steps to help you accomplish your goals.
Our Community Nursing Care Support List
- Assist with house cleaning and maintenance such as kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and rubbish removal.
- Manage and maintain your garden and yards. The services may vary from basic to complete gardening services, including one-off cleaning or regular periodic maintenance.
